➤ You will be asked to set up a coaching call with your Instructor, so that you can articulate your vision and get the support you need moving forward.
➤ Then we begin building a sustainable practice, with short practices, and moving into longer and longer practices, until you are sitting comfortably for 20 minutes of guided meditation.
➤ From there, you can choose a personal practice length that suits you moving forward.
