Access to one 30 minute mindfulness session running weekly.

Classes are held on Tuesdays at 12pm AEST, starting 6 May.

Each week we will explore different themes and practices to provide you with a rounded and in-depth experience of mindfulness.

From therapeutic breathing techniques to pain management, to mood balancing, and a host of other topics, we explore the various ways mindfulness can improve your health and wellbeing.


Join a community of people who are also interested in creating inner calm and greater self awareness.

Mindfulness meditation has been shown to:

Meet Your Trainer

With 30 years of personal meditation practice, advanced teaching qualifications in biomedical meditation therapy, Ruth Kent is a sought after wellbeing trainer and consultant.

Ruth has worked with people and companies across Australia and the Pacific to bring evidence-based health and wellbeing solutions to improve quality of life through health promotion.

Ruth is an avid promoter of mindfulness and incorporates it into many of her trainings.

Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds or credits for missed sessions, however each session will be recorded and available for viewing for up to 7 days after the event. You can access it at any time within that period. 

Sorry, you cannot transfer the classes. The new person will have to register to join. 

Each person who attends should be registered so we can make sure they are suitable for the classes. Also, it's just the right thing to do.

Ruth Kent

As the Founder of Sunrise Well, and creator of programs, courses, classes and coaching I want to show you how to be mindfully well, manage stress and bring vitality into your life, so you can thrive, not just survive. 

I am a certified wellness coach, meditation teacher, and yoga teacher, and an educator with a Post-Graduate Diploma in Public Health.

I've worked in academic settings for almost 20 years so I know what it takes to deliver useful courses where you can really learn, grow, and change your life

I coach people in how to meditate, how to live mindfully, how to reduce stress, and how to kick the habits that are holding them back.

I bring together my education in public health and psychology, with practical training in coaching, yoga, and meditation. I also incorporate my background skills in health policy and academic lecturing. 

Sunrise Well comes from my understanding that we don't have long on this Earth and we have to make the most of it.
